Information You Provide Depending on how you use the app, you may provide: Account information: email address, password (or authentication tokens), and profile settings. App content you create: events, sponsors, sponsorship leads, deliverables, reminders, budgets, expenses, mileage, results, highlights, notes, and categories. Contact information you enter: sponsor/lead contact name, email, phone number, address (optional), website/ social links (optional), and notes. Receipt images: photos of receipts you capture or upload. B. Information Collected Automatically We may collect certain technical data to operate and improve the Service: Device and app information (device type, OS version, app version) Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS) Log data (crash logs, performance data, basic diagnostics) We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information like government IDs, financial account numbers, or biometric data. 2) How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Provide and operate the Service (including saving and syncing your data to the cloud) Create and manage your account and authentication Store your app data (events, sponsors, leads, deliverables, expenses, receipts, etc.) Support features like reminders, dashboards, and exports (if enabled) Troubleshoot bugs, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve performance Communicate with you for support requests and important service updates 3) Cloud Storage and Supabase MotoTracker Pro uses Supabase to support authentication, database storage, and file storage (such as receipt images). Your data may be stored and processed on cloud servers managed by Supabase and its infrastructure providers. Supabase acts as a service provider / data processor on our behalf. We configure access controls intended to ensure only you (and authorized services) can access your stored records. 4) Push Notifications (Reminders) If you enable notifications, MotoTracker Pro may send push notifications for: Event reminders Deliverables due reminders Other reminders you configure in the app Notifications Permissions Push notifications are optional and require your permission. You can turn notifications off anytime: • On iOS: Settings → Notifications → MotoTracker Pro → Allow Notifications (toggle off) • On Android: Settings → Apps → MotoTracker Pro → Notifications (toggle off) • (If your app includes a notification toggle) In the app: Settings → Notifications Data Used for Notifications We use your reminder settings (such as dates and times) to schedule notifications. We do not use notifications for third-party advertising. 5) Device Permissions MotoTracker Pro may request access to certain device features to provide core functionality: Camera / Photos: to capture and attach receipt images Notifications: to send reminders (optional). You can deny these permissions and still use parts of the app, but some features may not work without them. 6) Sharing of Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these situations: A. Service Providers We share data with trusted vendors that help us run the Service, such as: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage) Crash reporting / analytics tools (if enabled) Payment platforms (Apple/Google) for in-app subscriptions These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us. B. Legal and Safety We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if necessary to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse. C. Business Transfers If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. 7) Payments (Subscriptions) If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by the platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. The store may provide us limited information (such as subscription status) to enable access to paid features. 8) Data Retention We retain your information for as long as: Your account is active, or It is needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
